Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get 100 free credits when you sign up. No credit card or payment info required.
How many conversions do I get per credit?
Each conversion costs 20 credits in Normal mode or 50 credits in High Quality mode. With the free 100 credits, that gives you 5 Normal or 2 High Quality conversions to try things out.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can subscribe to a monthly plan for recurring credits, or buy a one-time credit pack whenever you need more. There is no interruption to your account or saved files.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free plan?
There is no ongoing free plan, but every new account gets 100 credits to try the service. After that, you only pay when you need more conversions.
