Welcome to Lineart Ink ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website at lineart.ink and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Service Description

Lineart Ink provides AI-powered image-to-SVG and text-to-SVG conversion tools, along with a built-in SVG editor. The Service allows users to upload images or enter text prompts to generate scalable vector graphics, edit them, and export in multiple formats including SVG, PNG, and PDF.

4. Conditions of Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

5. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free credits are provided upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans.

  • All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Unused credits from subscription plans do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any images you upload and the SVG outputs generated from your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Lineart Ink and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

AI-Generated Content: For outputs generated from text prompts, ownership and usage rights are granted to you upon generation. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs created through your use of the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images and generated outputs are stored in your account for your convenience. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models. You may delete your jobs and associated files at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and may not always meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineart Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any credits remaining in your account at the time of termination are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
