  • Account Information: Email address, name, and profile data provided during registration through our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Uploaded Content: Images you upload for conversion and text prompts you submit to generate SVGs. These are stored in your account.
  • Generated Content: SVG outputs and intermediate files produced by the Service from your inputs.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and conversion history.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers collected automatically.
  • Payment Data: Billing information is processed and stored by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We do not have access to your full payment details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your image and text conversions
  • Manage your account and credit balance
  • Process payments and subscriptions
  • Send important service-related notifications
  • Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded images or prompts to train AI models.

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform, including authentication (Clerk), payments (Lemon Squeezy), and cloud infrastructure providers.
  • AI Processing: Your images and prompts are sent to AI model providers for processing. This data is used solely to generate your requested outputs and is not retained by these providers for training purposes.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect our rights or safety.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Secure storage of files and database records
  • Authentication and access controls to prevent unauthorized access
  • Regular security reviews of our infrastructure

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images, prompts, and generated SVGs are stored in your account until you choose to delete them. When you delete a job, all associated files are permanently removed from our servers. If you delete your account, all personal data and associated files will be removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. By using the Service, you consent to the use of these essential cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your generated SVG files at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
